  This is a practice exam of all the quiz questions.  The practice exam is 100 questions.  Every time you take this quiz, you will get randomized questions (every practice exam is different).

  This section is NOT required to continue to take the end of course exam.  It is only recommended by our instructors.

    Practice Review Exam Quiz

• End of course exam

  You must complete the end of course exam with a grade of 70% or better.  You will have 3 hours (180 minutes) to complete the multiple choice exam. If you successfully pass the end of course exam, you will receive a course completion slip.  (The slip will be required to sit for the Florida real estate state exam at the testing site.)  If you do not pass this exam, you will have to wait 30 days within your 1 year enrollment period to take a second exam for FREE! (state law) The second exam will automatically become available for you to take after 30 days of taking your first attempt.  (If you successfully pass the first exam, you do NOT need to take the second exam.)  

  IMPORTANT: Please view the instructions prior to entering the end of course exam!  ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE! You not taking the end of course exam, you passing it!

  This area will be available with your paid enrollment and after completing all the lessons and quizzes in this course.  (seat time in the course is not required to take the end of course exam.)

  This exam will only be available if you failed "End of course exam A." The end of course exam B will be available 30 calendar days after taking "End of course exam A"  (state law)

  You must complete the end of course exam with a grade of 70% or better.  You will have 3 hours (180 minutes) to complete the multiple choice exam. If you successfully pass the end of course exam, you will receive a course completion slip.  (The slip will be required to sit for the Florida real estate state exam at the testing site.)  If you do not pass this exam, you will be required to re-enroll in the course again.
