A non-Florida resident real estate professional who obtained a license from one of the above listed 10 states with which Florida has mutual agreement is eligible to apply his or her real estate education to obtaining an equivalent license in Florida. There is no pre-licensing education required, but candidates will need to pass a 40 question law exam to achieve licensure. Eligible candidates need to apply & receive approval from the state of Florida before testing.
